MCR Training is a department of Macera Akademisi, established in 2004, that provides corporate training using experiential learning processes. The fundamental rule in business life is to produce creative solutions to unexpected problems while "playing the game by the rules." In line with this, MCR Training takes employees to unconventional training areas where their perceptions will increase. Designed to be extraordinary and memorable, MCR Training's games become an enjoyable simulation of real life. Concepts frequently encountered in the business world, such as "problem diagnosis, planning, efficient use of time, solution generation, and establishing healthy communication," are viewed from a different perspective outside the office world, with an experiential approach.
